Environmental Impact Assessments & Desktop Studies

In 2008,  Pendoley Environmental carried out a desktop study to identify potential interactions between the Binningup Reverse Osmosis outfall and marine turtles in West Australia’s south west on behalf of the Water Corporation. In this study we reviewed available literature, strandings and anecdotal evidence and in conjunction with our specialist knowledge we were able to identify potential impacts of the outfall on marine turtles. Our geographic scope is not restricted to the North West and we are frequently consulted on marine turtle biology and ecology throughout the state.
