Natalee comes from a Customer Service background and has previously worked within the liquor industry where she worked as a customer service officer and was responsible for the processing of orders, logistics and general administrative duties. Natalee also assumed the role of claims officer dealing primarily with customer order issues and providing solutions to satisfy those customers. Natalee joined Pendoley in late September 2011 and works as the Administration Officer, responsible for day to day administration, accounts payable, logistics and has recently assumed the important role of volunteer coordinator for our volunteer tagging programs.
